Which countries do you offer shipping to?

Deluxebike only ships within the US and Canada at this time (business days are Monday through Sunday).

How many different methods of payment do you accept in your store?

We accept different payment methods, like American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.

I'm concerned about the security of my financial details; is it secure to shop here?
Making an online purchase with a credit card requires inputting personal information into an SSL-protected website. After an order is placed, it is encrypted using SSL before being forwarded to the credit card company's secure network for final clearance. Deluxebike does not store customer credit card information on its systems.

I just placed an order, but I don't know when to expect it to arrive.
If you place an order with Deluxebike, we'll do our best to ship it out as soon as possible. In most cases, orders are fulfilled within 48 hours (Monday through Sunday). Email us at info@deluxe-bike.com with your full name and order number if your package has not arrived within 7 days for US and 14 days for Canada of getting your shipping confirmation email.

What if I typed the wrong address or some other information?
Contact us at info@deluxe-bike.com to change your address. No matter if it's an email address, a name, or a physical address, we can change it for you.

Can I get a refund if the product I bought doesn't work? What are the options if something does go wrong?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If this is possible, I'd like to cancel my order.
You can cancel or amend any order (or part of an order) placed with us, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. You will receive a full refund, including postage, via the original method of payment. You won't take any loss for any cancellation from us.

If your order, or part of it, has entered the dispatch process, you can refuse to accept the delivery of the item. It will be returned to us as undeliverable, and we will refund the amount for the item; however, you will still incur costs for the outward postage.
