Deluxebike will utilize the same payment method that the customer used to purchase the item to complete the refund.

Retraction
It will take us 48 hours to process any items you buy from us. If you cancel your purchase within 48 hours, there won't be any fees. If you cancel your purchase after 48 hours or after it has been dispatched, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to the cost of return postage.

Complaints
If you have any problems with the items or the seller, kindly contact our support team. To communicate, send an email to info@deluxe-bike.com. There's no guarantee the problem will be fixed. The seller will be informed after a thorough evaluation of all available possibilities.

Legal matters
The seller is not liable for any possible health or safety hazards once the customer has acquired the goods or services. Any damage that results from the customer handling the product is not the seller's fault. The laws of the state in which the website's owner resides will apply to any disputes arising from such use of the website. These payment guidelines could be modified in the future.
