Refund and Return Policy
Upon making a purchase from Deluxebike, customers agree to the following terms: We trust that these guidelines will make our return policy and refund procedure more clear. In the US and Canada, the following rules are in effect:
After the date of delivery, you have 30 days to request a return, exchange, or refund.
Rules regarding exchanges and returns:
(1) Returned items must meet certain requirements, including being damaged, defective, or inaccurate.
(2) Exchanges are permissible in the following circumstances: the product does not meet the advertised specifications, is missing parts, or the customer prefers a different model (variant).
Return
Every item we sell has been carefully inspected to ensure its superior quality. Your satisfaction with the things you buy from us is very important to us.
If you're not content with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days after delivery. If the returned item is in its original condition (new, unused, with all tags attached), you can anticipate receiving a complete refund. For authorization of a return, send an email to info@deluxe-bike.com.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. There won't be a return shipping label available right now.
Should the item arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective, save the box and labels. Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you experience any problems with your Deluxebike product(s), submit images or videos to info@deluxe-bike.com to let us know. To prove a purchase, an invoice or receipt must be presented. Upon verification of the issue, we will issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Returning an unutilized item
After the delivery date, you have 30 days to return any unwanted items. You must return any unwanted equipment in immaculate condition, showing no evidence of wear or damage from installation.
After delivery, you will have 30 days to check the products to make sure everything is as it should be. It's advisable to keep any tags, packing, etc., on an item until you make up your mind about whether or not to keep it.
Cancellation of an Order
It will take us 48 hours to process any items you buy from us. If you cancel your order within 48 hours, there won't be any fees. If you cancel your order after 48 hours or after it has been dispatched, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to the cost of return postage.
Change where you are.
Deluxebike depends on you to provide accurate shipping information so that deliveries can be fulfilled. If you need to modify the postal address, we ask that you contact us no later than 48 hours after placing your order. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the mailing address associated with it. Furthermore, we disclaim all liability for any missed deliveries in the event that an inaccurate mailing address is provided.
Exchange
Within the first two days of placing your order, you can request a replacement. We can be contacted at info@deluxe-bike.com in the event that an exchange is required. After 48 hours or after the item has been dispatched, you will be liable for paying the return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee if you decide you would like to exchange your order.
If you decide after receiving an item that you are interested in exchanging it, you will need to hold onto the item or items in their original packaging until your exchange request is reviewed and approved. As soon as the product you ordered becomes available, we'll let you know or provide a suitable substitute.
Should an exchange be necessary, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees on both ends. There won't be a return shipping label available right now.
Sale or clearance of goods
Products that are on clearance or sale cannot be returned for a refund.
Delivery problems brought on by the courier's negligence or the box going missing
Please feel free to inquire about the status of your order if there has been a delay in getting it. In the event that your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please email us at info@deluxe-bike.com. We will extend the deadline for refund or exchange requests while we look for your missing shipment.
What steps should I take if I have to return something?
Before returning your item, please email Deluxebike Support at info@deluxe-bike.com with the following details so that we can verify your transaction and handle any post-purchase issues you may have:

Refund
We will issue a refund as soon as the returned product has been inspected and the issue has been determined. Refunds will take five to fifteen business days to process. Please email info@deluxe-bike.com to receive a refund if it has been more than 15 days since the original transaction.
The method used to handle the original payment will be applied to all refunds.
